Kev Ntsuam Xyuas Ntawm European Hluav Taws Xob Tsheb Lag Luam Xav Tau
Jul 04, 2023| Qhov kev thov rau lub tsheb hluav taws xob hauv kev ua lag luam thoob ntiaj teb tau nce sai vim kev siv thev naus laus zis thiab kev siv zog los txo qis carbon emissions. Teb chaws Europe yog ib lub lag luam loj tshaj plaws rau cov tsheb fais fab thiab xav tias yuav pom kev loj hlob tseem ceeb hauv xyoo tom ntej.
Ntau yam tseem ceeb ua rau muaj kev xav tau ntawm tsheb fais fab hauv Tebchaws Europe. Ib qho ntawm cov tsav tsheb loj yog tsoomfwv cov cai thiab cov cai tswjfwm txhawm rau txo cov pa phem thiab txo cov pa roj carbon monoxide. Ntau lub tebchaws nyob sab Europe tau teeb tsa lub hom phiaj tseem ceeb rau phasing tawm cov tsheb fossil roj thiab nce kev siv tsheb fais fab.
Lwm qhov kev xav tau tsav tsheb yog kev nce qib hauv cov roj teeb thev naus laus zis thiab cov khoom siv hluav taws xob tsheb, ua rau kev txhim kho kev ua tau zoo thiab ntau yam rau lub tsheb fais fab. Tsis tas li ntawd, cov tsheb hluav taws xob tau dhau los ua tus nqi pheej yig dua, nrog rau cov nqi qis ntawm cov roj teeb ntau lawm thiab muaj coob tus neeg tsim khoom nkag mus rau hauv kev ua lag luam.
Tsis tas li ntawd, cov neeg siv khoom tau paub ntau ntxiv txog cov txiaj ntsig ntawm cov tsheb hluav taws xob, suav nrog cov nqi khiav lag luam qis, qis qis qis, thiab caij tsheb ntsiag to thiab smoother. Qhov no ua rau muaj kev txaus siab thiab kev xav tau rau cov tsheb fais fab, tshwj xeeb tshaj yog cov neeg hluas thiab cov neeg siv khoom zoo.
Ntau lub tebchaws nyob sab Europe tau pom kev loj hlob tseem ceeb hauv kev muag tsheb hluav taws xob hauv xyoo tas los no. Piv txwv li, Norway muaj kev lag luam loj tshaj plaws ntawm cov tsheb hluav taws xob hauv ntiaj teb, nrog ntau dua 50 feem pua ntawm cov tsheb tshiab muag yog hluav taws xob lossis tsheb sib xyaw. Lub teb chaws Yelemees thiab Fabkis kuj tau pom kev loj hlob tseem ceeb, nrog rau kev muag khoom ntawm lub tsheb hluav taws xob tau nce ntau dua 50 feem pua hauv 2020 piv rau xyoo dhau los.
Zuag qhia tag nrho, kev xav txog kev xav tau tsheb hluav taws xob hauv Tebchaws Europe yog qhov zoo, nrog kev txhawb nqa los ntawm tsoomfwv, kev txhim kho thev naus laus zis thiab kev tsim kho vaj tse, thiab kev loj hlob ntawm cov neeg siv khoom txaus siab thiab kev paub. Raws li cov tsheb hluav taws xob txuas ntxiv mus dhau los ua qhov tseem ceeb, lawv yuav ua lub luag haujlwm tseem ceeb hauv kev txo qis carbon emissions thiab txav mus rau lub neej yav tom ntej.
